Massage and Pain Management in Lewes, East Sussex
I offer my clients treatment for temporary and long-term pain including back pain, knee pain, frozen shoulder, painful hips, and other conditions which need careful, targeted massage to improve ease of movement. I work from my private treatment room in Lewes.
I trained with the London School of Sports Massage and the Neuro Orthopaedic Institute. I provide evidence-based clinical massage, sports and deep tissue massage, hot stone massage, pregnancy massage, dry cupping, and exercise advice from my treatment room in Lewes.
I aim to address muscles aches, help you feel deeply relaxed and provide simple tools to make movement feel safe and easy again.
